Through customized individual 1:1 coaching I will help guide you towards taking the steps needed to achieve your current life goals and move through those feelings of being “stuck” to achieve life-changing results. This could be to get your health in shape, possibly even book that trip of your dreams or something else like making a career move. I’m here to help ensure you get your goals met and live a healthy, happy life. I’m a firm believer that solo travel is one of the best methods for improving overall mental health, learning more about and loving yourself - paired with nutritious food and exercise, you’ll take your life to a whole new level you’ve dreamed of.

My Story

Hi, I’m Mary Ogborn, certified health coach and recovering food & alcohol addict. I’m passionate about healthy living through solo travel and nutritional food and on a mission to help create a happier, healthier world, one person at a time.

Back in 2018, I wasn’t feeling good – physically, mentally or spiritually. I was depressed, had weight that would not come off, and the only times I felt thrilled about my life was when I traveled (but back home? Blah!). I felt and saw myself becoming a person I did not enjoy. 

One day I went to my local farmer’s market. And it was FUN. A sensory overload of colors, smells, sounds, and people connecting over food. I started going every week, chatting with the vendors, learning about which fruits and vegetables were in season.

It was a new adventure every Tuesday, and I got really good at making soups, salads and smoothies. 

Then I started to feel better. 

Not just physically (buh-bye bloat and hello waist!), but emotionally. I noticed I was happier, more optimistic, clear-headed and more energized. The more whole foods I ate, the better I felt — about myself, my life, my work, my body, my relationships. This then led me to making a move abroad to fullfil a lifelong dream and experience living in Italy.

Now it’s my mission to help others obtain the same level of control on their health and live the best life possible!

Whole foods + Solo Travel led me to a whole life upgrade.

Because I suddenly had the energy, clarity, and inspiration to change all of the other things in my life that hadn’t really been working.

Food and travel were the foundations of change for me. And I believe it can be for you too.
