How this works:
I’m here to help you find your own balance of what best feeds your body, mind and soul so you can achieve your health goals.

To do this, we’re not going to restrict your diet or count calories. You can have as much cake as you want. 

 

We’re going to focus on making food an adventure you look forward to WHILE you build awareness of how you feel and how you fuel yourself.

 

As you start to feel better and see the changes in your body, you’ll probably find that you want less cake and more vegetables. 

 

I’ve seen “uncontrollable cravings” melt away in a few months of doing this work.

I know - right now, you can’t imagine getting there. If you’re like many of my clients, you’re here because you:

  • Are constantly tired (who has the energy to make food from scratch?) 
  • Feel blah about your life, maybe a little depressed and uninspired (aren’t salads even more boring?!)
  • Need to make changes because of health issues or gastrointestinal discomfort (hello bloating, acid reflux, constipation), 
  • Feel puffy, weak, and out of shape (if you have a gym membership, it’s gathering dust)
  • Crave snacks and sweets for energy, mood, comfort, and rewards for getting through another day — and to alleviate boredom (it’s fast and it works great… for a few seconds)
  • Are trying to lose weight and have tried dozens of diets and supplements

 

That’s reality for so many people, and I know this because it used to be mine too.

This is for you if:

  • You buy a bunch of stuff at the store with the best intentions to cook at home, and end up eating out (you aspire to ‘what i buy is what i use’ – but sometimes you’re just tired!)
  • You not only want to improve your health, you want to FEEL better and have more FUN doing it
  • You’re intrigued by how what you eat can affect how you feel, look, think, and function and want to learn more
  • You want to learn how to balance eating foods you want (aka occasional scoop of ice cream), while adding in and learning about healthier foods at the same time (how can I cook leeks and what are their benefits?). You want to have your cake and eat it too! I’ll show you how this is possible.
  • Want to know what to eat when traveling and you get off your routine yet not give your skin a major outbreak
  • You need help figuring out how to incorporate healthier changes into your everyday life for the long haul – forever, and want some help taking the weight of that task off your shoulders!
  • You are willing and can create accountability for yourself to take the actionable steps as recommended during our coaching sessions and understand the responsibility is on yourself to see results upon doing the things suggested (I’m here to help you along the way and provide the tips and suggestions, but you will have to do the actual work – I’ll find ways to make it fun though)!

This is NOT for you if:

  • Healthy food = making changes that I simply won’t do
  • You have no desire to make any changes to what you are currently eating – and don’t want anyone’s advice in this area
  • Prefer to stick to your current routine and have no time or intention to want to create new habits around shopping, cooking & eating
  • You absolutely won’t ever cook or prepare your own food at home (and not just because you don’t know what to cook – I can work with that!) but you just don’t want to learn or do it at all.
  • You want someone to tell you exactly what you can and cannot eat, track calories or create a restrictive diet plan to lose 10 pounds before your next reunion (Although I provide recommendations – I work with big life shifts, not short-term goals – you should be committed to living a happier healthier life for the long-term)
  • You want to put the responsibility & accountability elsewhere other than yourself (you just don’t have the self-discipline to take actionable steps on your own).

Align On A Coaching Package

Align on a coaching package that best fits your needs and provide an overview of what would be included.

Prepare An Action Plan / Workbook

Prepare and share a results oriented action plan with overview of items to be discussed allong with the timeline and breakdown of tasks.

Check- ins

Provide check-ins throughout and halfway through the plan to assess achievements and what areas still need to be worked through.

Finalization

After final appointment provide recap of achieved goals, what's next and talk about a new goals package for other areas that need work!
